We are still having issues with incomplete/inaccurate profile fields for some participates. We MUST have these fields completed in order to meet reporting requirements. You can not put your name as the center name(unless you own it and it is called by your name). Please coordinate with the directors/owners to ensure everyone at your center uses the same name, with the same spelling(this includes which letters are capitalized and which are not). A "complete address" must include street number/name, city, state and zip code. If it is missing any of these elements, it is incomplete. Please login and ensure that this information is correct and complete. While these may seem like small issues, when multiplied by the number of participants we have, it makes it almost impossible to gather the information required for reporting to the State.
