Greetings! The passing score for course surveys is 6.8, as noted in each course. When completed correctly, a participant will not have a score of more OR less than 6.8 on a survey. We understand that when you choose one answer on multiple-choice survey questions, partial credit is given. This is due to program constraints of the E-learning system itself and is not counted against participants.
To correctly complete a survey:
- Make one choice on each multiple-choice question. Partial credit is the expected result and does not count against you.
- Reply to short answer questions with at least one full word. The abbreviation "N/A" is not a word. If you wish to use this answer, reply with "Not applicable."
If you follow the steps above you will earn a 6.8, which is the passing score. Thank you!
