      New Accounts/Inquiries: If you are located in Region 1 or Region 8 and need a new account, please have your center director/owner (if you’re not employed by a center but are interested in opening one, please indicate so) send an email to elearning@tcrchildcare.org requesting an account. The email should start with the name and position of the individual requesting the account and contain the following information:

      • Employee first & last name
      • Employee personal email address (work emails not permitted)
      • Center name & address

      Requests/other inquiries may take up to 72 hours for a response (not including weekends or holidays). No new accounts will be created for individuals located outside of Regions 1 and 8. A map of Regions 1 and 8 can be found here: https://www.tcrchildcarecorporation.org/child-care-central-pro-development

      The website will be closed 6/20/25 - 7/3/25 for routine maintenance.       No new accounts will be created during that time, and any requests/inquiries will be deleted and require resubmission after 7/3/25. 

      Please note:       All accounts from outside of Regions 1 and 8 are subject to deletion at any time, without further notice. Accounts with incomplete profile fields are subject to suspension and/or deletion at any time, without further notice.

    • 3rd quarter classes are now open! All classes must be completed by 6/19/25, prior to website closure for maintenance. This includes viewing/downloading Certificates of Completion. Any course not completed by 6/19/25 will need to be restarted next quarter, if it is available.

Online Learning: Minimum Computer Requirements

A desktop or laptop computer is required. To take an online course, your computer equipment must meet the following requirements:

External hardware: keyboard, mouse, web camera (embedded in device or manufactured within the last 5 years) for virtual classes, microphone, speakers/headset

Latest version of any of the following compatible web browsers:

  • Chrome (Google)
  • Edge (Microsoft)
  • Firefox (Mozilla)
  • Safari (Apple)
Hardware requirements may differ and should be verified when installing any browser.
